Delivery Information

1. ECO-IT shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer, but ECO-IT cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and ECO-IT shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of ECO-IT.

 Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company of our choice. At this juncture, delivery service is extended to Malaysia only. Delivery usually will take about 3 to 5 Days for Peninsular Malaysia, 8 Days for East Malaysia. Processing from date of ECO-IT confirmation of acceptance of an Order within the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by ECO-IT.

Where Customer is not available to receive the delivery, a notification card will be left at the delivery address. An attempt will be made to contact the Customer for a second delivery. If Customer is still not reachable at second attempt, a notification card will be left for the Customer to collect the parcel from the nearest courier branch. If delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if the Customer fails or refuses to collect the Products within seven (7days from the date of second notification, the Order will be deemed void and has no further effect but the Customer shall bear all the relevant cost incurred by ECO-IT (including but not limited to the delivery cost and administrative charges).

 

4. No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & public holidays.

 

5. The Customer is to notify ECO-IT immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

 

Policy of Refund, Return

 

1. RMA item 1 to 1 exchange or we will full refund the money to you but not include the shipping charge. [ please report to seller within 24 hours after item received.]

 

2. Buyers pay the return delivery fees, Seller pay the Replacement delivery fees.


3. All Item Come with 30 days Warranty unless stated.


4. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.


5. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.


6. 
ECO-IT will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.


7. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 DAYS after the confirmation.

8. ALL POSTAGE WILL BE PAID BY BUYER. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable. Shipping Charges include Box Packaging, Bubble Pack & Envelope.
